FAQ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the customer more than 14 days out from the scheduled pickup/delivery date and time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made by the customer within 14 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date and time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made by Let Luce Bakery are eligible for a full refund. All refunds are made to the original form of payment method.
