How should I store my macarons and/or cake?
- Macarons should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator if they are not consumed upon receiving. Macarons last 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
- Cake should be stored in the refrigerator. Take it out to sit at room temperature at least two hours before your event. Cake lasts 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
- Cookies and/or cookie cakes should be stored at room temperature. They last up to 1 week at room temperature.

How do I freeze my macarons for a later time?
When freezing macarons, make sure to place them in an airtight, freezer safe container. The night before you plan to serve the macarons, move them from the freezer straight to the refrigerator to defrost overnight. Failing to properly defrost your macarons will result in condensation forming and ruining the macaron shells. Remove macarons from the refrigerator an hour before serving.
When should I take my cake and/or macarons out of the refrigerator for my event?
Take your cake out of the refrigerator to sit at room temperature at least two hours before your event. All cakes are butter based and therefore need plenty of time to come to room temperature in order to yield the best texture.
