Macarons contain milk, eggs, and tree nuts and may contain wheat, soy, or nuts. Macaron shells are naturally gluten free; however there are a few fillings that contain gluten, but they can be made gluten free upon special request. Please specify if you need your macaron order to be fully gluten free. Please note: All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that also processes common food allergens.

When transporting macarons, place them on the floorboard of your car and remove items from the seat. Macarons should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator if they are not consumed upon receiving. Macarons last 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
